Processed Data and Codes

This record contains the processed analysis data and Python code corresponding to the figures presented in the main manuscript and Supplementary Materials for the study. The archive is organized by figure, with separate folders for each figure panel or figure set. Each figure folder typically includes: (i) the Jupyter notebook (.ipynb) used to generate the figure, (ii) a data folder containing the processed input data used for plotting and analysis, and (iii) a plots folder containing the generated figure outputs. The record is intended to support the transparency and reproducibility of the study. Users should cite both this Zenodo record and the associated manuscript when reusing the material.
