The results of the in vitro antitumor activity testing of 1–6, cisplatin and carboplatin against human ovarian (A2780) and prostate (LNCaP and PC-3) cancer cell lines. Cells were treated with the tested compounds for 24 h, measurements were performed in triplicate, and cytotoxicity experiment was repeated in three different cell passages.
