Dataset for "Efficient detection of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons and polychlorinated biphenyls via three-​component energy transfer"

This dataset contains energy transfer in cyclodextrin complexes. Analytes, BODIPY, Rhodamine flurophores, and squarine flurophores were added to varying concentrations of gamma-cyclodextrin in phosphate buffered saline. Analyte excitation (at 233 nm, 270 nm, 290 nm or 360 nm), bodipy excitation (at 460 nm), rhodamine excitation (at 490 nm or 520 nm), and squaraine excitation (at 620 nm) are reported.
