Supporting code and data for: A fully Bayesian treatment of mixed-order BOD decay kinetics: model comparison, parameter uncertainty, and propagation into oxygen-sag predictions

This deposit contains the original model code, Bayesian (NUTS / Hamiltonian Monte Carlo) posterior samples, numerical results (WAIC model comparison, parameter tables, convergence diagnostics) and figure-generation scripts for the associated study, which re-analyses four published long-term biochemical oxygen demand (BOD) time series within a mixed-order decay framework. The underlying measurement data are not redistributed and should be obtained from the original publications cited in the README. Tested with Python 3.12, NumPyro 0.21.0 and JAX 0.10.1; see README.md for full reproduction instructions.
