资源简介:
Percutaneous coronary intervention of chronically occluded coronary arteries (CTO-PCI) historically has been known to be difficult with an increased risk of procedural complications resulting in low attempt rates. However, in those patients with successful revascularisation there have been improvements in quality of life even at 12 months post procedure. Additionally with new procedural techniques and equipment technology we have been able to not only improve procedural efficiency in this type of medicine but can also reduce the potential danger to patients.
