The ILC2s were isolated from the lungs of WT and Pdcd1 knockout C57BL/6 mice at days 0, 7,14 after papain intranasal challenges by Bcl11b-tdTomato reporters and fluorescence-activated cell sorting. Whole transcriptome amplification using smart-seq2 for full length transcripts in 96-well plates. Library is prepared by Illumina Nextera XT kit as pools of 96 samples.
