Visualization of loop extrusion by DNA nanoscale tracing in single cells

Source data and images underlying the study "Visualization of loop extrusion by DNA nanoscale tracing in single cells" by Beckwith, Ødegård-Fougner et.al. (https://www.biorxiv.org/content/10.1101/2021.04.12.439407v1). All image data is stored in a zarr ZipStore format, and can be easily accessed in python using the zarr package (see https://zarr.readthedocs.io/en/stable/api/storage.html). Examples of analysis are also available.
