Liver cirrhosis poses a significant threat to the overall health of the human population. EGCG exhibits significant antioxidant properties that play an important role in various diseases including liver fibrosis. However, the underlying mechanism of EGCG remain unexplored in Activated mouse hepatic stellate cells. We treated activated mouse HSCs with EGCG at a dose of 200uM. Differentially expressed RNAs can be obtained from RNAseq results.
