Smoothness and related quantitative analyses on trace fossils

This is the Matlab (All.m), R (All.R) and a free software (Trajectory Analysis_Version3.exe) for smoothness and other quantitative analyses over fossil trajectory. This is supplemented to the paper "Trajectory smoothness – An important criterion for ichnotaxonomy and its implications for identifying trace makers" in Journal of Systematic Palaeontology.
