The present invention is a method for producing a recombinant protein from a plant， particularly a tobacco plant， preferably Nicotiana benthamiana， comprising: (a) under LED lighting， spray cultivation (aeroponic) or The process of culturing plants by hydroponic， preferably on mobile floats; (b) a process of infiltrating the plant obtained in the above process (a) by a plant agrobacteria containing a DNA fragment encoding a recombinant protein under vacuum; (c) the process of returning the plants to the culture after the process (b) under the same conditions as the process (a); And (d) extracting and purifying the recombinant protein from aerial parts of the plants produced in the process (c).
