Primary tracheobronchial tumors (PTBTs) can often be successfully treated by surgery; however, more effective strategies are still warranted for advance tumor cases. Single-cell RNA sequencing of ten samples of PTBTs and normal tracheal tissues was performed. Also, bulk RNA sequencing of eight samples of PTBTs and normal tracheal tissues was conducted as a validation. Of note, we validated the presence of the separate cell entities by applying immunohistochemistry and immunofluorescence for selected markers.
