Transcriptomic profile of eugenol-adapted E. faecalis E9.8

To understand the molecular mechanisms involved in the reversion of antibiotic resistance of Enterococcus faecalis E9.8 in response to eugenol, a global transcriptomic analysis was achieved in non-adapted and eugenol adapted strain. The aim of this study is to determine the genes differentially expressed which are involved in antimicrobial resistance.
