MYMATCH WP6 Deliverable 6.1 - Dataset obtained from in vitro studies

This dataset contains in vitro experimental data on the growth of Aspergillus flavus, Fusarium verticillioides, and Fusarium graminearum cultivated on maize-based agar under controlled temperature conditions. The experiments included single, double, and triple inoculations with different spore concentrations and were conducted at temperatures from 5 to 35 °C over 21 days. Fungal growth was measured repeatedly through colony diameter assessments, and the dataset records treatment structure, species, inoculum concentration, replicate number, contamination status, and growth measurements. Plate material collected at the end of incubation is associated with subsequent mycotoxin analyses. The dataset was generated within the MYMATCH project to support research on fungal interactions, mycotoxin occurrence, and predictive modelling of climate change impacts on food safety.
