铁皮石斛的生长与气候变化密切相关,季节交替中差异最大的就是温度,温度条件是影响铁皮石斛生长状况的重要因素之一。通过采集三季度各铁皮石斛种植大棚中的温度数据,结合检测到的多糖含量,分析不同月份环境温度对铁皮石斛的生长状况的影响,为下一步更加高效、合理控制铁皮石斛种植温度提供数据支撑,便于制定相应的温度控制方案。铁皮石斛种植的温度条件数据的算法规则包括以下几个方面:1.采集不同种植大棚中7-9月的每月平均温度,并计算得到三季度平均温度,同时控制大棚透光率和相对湿度处于同一条件。2.检测各种植大棚中三年期铁皮石斛和四年期铁皮石斛的多糖含量。3.根据7月平均温度、8月平均温度、9月平均温度、三季度平均温度以及三年期铁皮石斛多糖含量和四年期铁皮石斛多糖含量,将数据输入SPSS软件拟合得到回归模型。4.根据回归模型评价得到各大棚中温度条件:“偏高”、“适中”、“偏低”,以便尽早调控三季度铁皮石斛的种植温度。
The growth of Dendrobium officinale is closely correlated with climate change, and temperature is the most variable factor during seasonal alternations. Temperature conditions are among the critical factors affecting the growth status of Dendrobium officinale. By collecting temperature data from each Dendrobium officinale cultivation greenhouse in the third quarter (July to September) and combining with the detected polysaccharide contents, this study analyzes the impact of ambient temperature in different months on the growth of Dendrobium officinale, providing data support for more efficient and rational temperature control during Dendrobium officinale cultivation in the subsequent stage, and facilitating the formulation of corresponding temperature control schemes. The algorithmic rules for the temperature condition data of Dendrobium officinale cultivation are as follows: 1. Collect the monthly average temperatures from July to September in different cultivation greenhouses, calculate the third-quarter average temperature, and keep the light transmittance and relative humidity of all greenhouses consistent. 2. Detect the polysaccharide contents of 3-year-old and 4-year-old Dendrobium officinale in each cultivation greenhouse. 3. Input the dataset including July average temperature, August average temperature, September average temperature, third-quarter average temperature, as well as the polysaccharide contents of 3-year-old and 4-year-old Dendrobium officinale into SPSS software to fit a regression model. 4. Evaluate the temperature conditions of each greenhouse as "elevated", "moderate" or "low" based on the regression model, so as to regulate the cultivation temperature of Dendrobium officinale in the third quarter in a timely manner.
