In this study, potato whole genome sequencing material DM1-3 516 R44 (DM, diploid homozygous, 2n=2x=24) was used as the experimental material. The 45-day-old DM seedlings were treated with 200 mM NaCl to simulate salt stress. The aboveground samples were harvested at different time points (S1, 3h; S2, 6h; S3, 12h; S4, 24h; CK, 24h). The transcriptional response of DM to salt stress was analyzed based on RNA-seq technology.
