RNA-Seq of Glischrochilus (Librodor) japonius: adult female whole body without gut and elytron

Total RNA was extracted from the whole body of a single adult female G. japonius using the Trizol reagent protocol, Messenger RNA (mRNA) was then purified from the total RNA using poly-T oligo-attached magnetic beads. After purification, the RNA was fragmented, and first-strand cDNA was synthesized using random hexamer primers, followed by second-strand cDNA synthesis. The library was finalized through a series of steps, including end repair, A-tailing, adapter ligation, size selection, amplification, and purification. The library was sequenced on the Illumina NovaSeq X Plus platform (PE 150bp), and conducted 6.7 Gb of RNA-seq clean data.
