Multidimensional Digital Transformation Index (DTI) Dataset for Local Administrations in Alicante (Maslow-Inspired Framework)

This JSON file contains the processed textual passages extracted from the official municipal websites of 79 local public administrations in the province of Alicante, Spain. The unstructured web content was systematically extracted, cleaned, and semantically processed to identify the most relevant text segments associated with the five levels of the Maslow-inspired Digital Transformation Index (DTI) proposed in our study. These processed passages serve as the primary unstructured input features used to fine-tune and evaluate transformer-based language models (e.g., RoBERTa) in the experimental phase. The dataset is structured to support a component-wise analysis, linking specific organizational digital evidence to its corresponding digital maturity level, thereby enabling automated auditing and prediction tasks. The document "Supplementary_Material" collects the implementation artifacts referenced from the main manuscript: the complete source code of the processing pipeline, an excerpt of the unified JSON dataset, and the level-specific prompt architectures.
