化学需氧量（Chemical Oxygen Demand，COD）是以化学方法测量水样中需要被氧化的还原性物质的量，可大致表示污水中的有机物量，是指标水体有机污染的一项重要指标,能够反应出水体的污染程度。六横岛拥有大量的水产养殖基地，通过监测六横岛及其附近海域各观测点数据，了解海洋中的化学需氧量变化趋势和异常情况，并对海洋生态环境进行监测和评价，为六横岛海水养殖、海洋工程建设等工作，并为相关用海项目提供数据支撑。数据采集：从六横岛附件海域各监测点收集原始数据，包括采样地点，采样时间；2.数据检测：对采集的样品上化学需氧量进行检测获得相关数据结果；3.数据处理：将收集到的海域监测点的化学需氧量数据进行归集，以《海水水质标准》(GB 3097-1997)第一类海水水质中化学需氧量的数值作为化学需氧量数值标准值，（海域当月平均化学需氧量数值-化学需氧量数值标准值）/化学需氧量数值标准值=化学需氧量数值超标比例，数值为负的话，意味着化学需氧量未超过标准值，海域水质质量佳。

Chemical Oxygen Demand (COD) refers to the quantity of reducible substances in water samples that can be oxidized via chemical methods. It roughly represents the amount of organic matter in sewage, serving as a critical indicator for evaluating organic pollution in water bodies and reflecting the contamination degree of the water environment. Liuheng Island has a large number of aquaculture bases. By monitoring data from various observation points on and near Liuheng Island, we can understand the changing trends and abnormal conditions of COD in the ocean, monitor and evaluate the marine ecological environment, and provide data support for seawater aquaculture, marine engineering construction and other sea-related projects on Liuheng Island. The data workflow is as follows: 1. Data Collection: Collect raw data from various monitoring sites in the sea area adjacent to Liuheng Island, including sampling location and sampling time. 2. Data Detection: Conduct COD tests on the collected samples to obtain relevant test results. 3. Data Processing: Aggregate the collected COD data from marine monitoring points. Take the COD limit specified in the first-class seawater quality standard of *Seawater Quality Standard (GB 3097-1997)* as the COD standard value. Calculate the COD exceeding ratio using the formula: (Monthly average COD value of the monitored sea area - COD standard value) / COD standard value. If the calculated value is negative, it means the COD content does not exceed the standard, and the seawater quality of the sea area is excellent.
