Adult female C57BL/6 mice were fixed after anesthesia, and covered with a 1cm thick compensation film. After 16Gy/1F dose of whole thoracic irradiation, treatment was given periodically by different groups. 10 mg/kg dose of medicine was administered intraperitoneally on D0, D3, D6 and D9 after radiotherapy. Total lung tissues from the anti PD-1 and JS-201 groups were divested completely for transcriptome RNA sequencing.
