WWAD

World Wide Approved Drugs (WWAD) catalogs more than 4,400 unique low-molecular-weight active pharmaceutical substances approved worldwide. For each compound, WWAD provides the chemical structure, pharmacotherapeutic application, molecular targets, therapeutic indications, and documented biological activities, with links to the underlying data sources. All pharmacotherapeutic information is manually curated from over 88 national medicines registers and their official documents (e.g., Summaries of Product Characteristics, FDA Drug Labels, Drug Monographs, Instructions for Use, European Public Assessment Reports, and PMDA Review Reports)全球获批药物（World Wide Approved Drugs，简称WWAD）数据集收录了全球范围内获批的4400余种独特低分子量活性药物成分。针对每一种化合物，该数据集均提供其化学结构、药物治疗用途、分子靶点、治疗适应症以及已记录的生物学活性，并附带原始数据源的链接。所有药物治疗相关信息均由人工从88个以上的国家药品注册机构及其官方文件中整理编校，这些官方文件包括：产品特性摘要（Summaries of Product Characteristics）、美国食品药品监督管理局（FDA）药品说明书、药品专论（Drug Monographs）、使用说明（Instructions for Use）、欧洲公共评估报告（European Public Assessment Reports）以及日本药品医疗器械综合机构（PMDA）审评报告（PMDA Review Reports）。
