Flattened and compressed version of 2 pairwise distance matrices corresponding to this UNITE release.
Can be imported in a pipeline for building an overarching fungal phylogeny for UNITE (Github source code).
Importing might take up to an hour, but this is still much quicker than the 36-hours pairwise distance calculation.
The 6-mer Google distance is way more accurate than the w-metric, so we highly recommend using the 6-mer Google distance.
