Porphyromonas gingivalis leads to dysplasia of normal esophageal epithelial cells via Sonic hedgehog pathway

Purpose: To investigate the pathogenic effect of P. gingivalis on normal esophagus and the mechanism behind Methods: Total mRNA was extracted to determine the transcriptional dysregulation of Het-1A cells after treated with P. gingivalis supernatant.
