Human iPSc-derived thymic organoids (hTOs) seeded with primary early thymic progenitors (ETPs) at early phase of maturation (D7)

We have employed a single-cell sequencing approach to using 10x Genomics scRNA-seq to study the differentation/maturation of thymic epithalial cell progenitors (TEPs) obtained via our iPSc differentitation protocol based on design of experiment (DoE) in the early phase of hTO formation at D7after reaggregation with primary ETPs.
