Parkes observations for project P943 semester 2017APRS

We request observing time at the Parkes telescope for observing 4 pulsars - PSR J0418-4154, J0514-4408, J0702-4956, and J2144-5237 - discovered in the GMRT High Resolution Southern Sky (GHRSS) survey. We have already performed precise astrometric measurements for these pulsars and derived their timing models. Main aims of this proposal are, \r\n(i) Study profile evolution from 322 MHz to 1369 MHz \r\n(ii) Study the radio spectra of these pulsars comparing with the 322 and 610 MHz flux density measurements.\r\n(iii) Study the polarization properties of these 4 pulsars for which no polarization study is been performed before. We particularly aim to use radio polarisation for probing the rather uncommon radio and gamma-ray profile alignment of PSR J0514-4408. We request 7.5 hours of observing time at the Parkes to perform this study.
