归集企业能源消耗(用电)、发电量及清洁能源上网电量、生产经营状况、碳排放测算、碳减排核算等碳信息数据，结合碳领域与金融领域专业知识来对浙江省企业绿色低碳与节能减排等维度进行综合评分。助力企业的节能减排、绿色低碳发展。1、数据清洗：对数据集进行清洗，包括去除异常数据、处理缺失值。
2、数据转换: 同一企业多个用电户号需要合并计算，数据统计周期至少包含24个月，数据指标计算频率每月一次。
3、数据加工: 统计企业的用电量、发电量、清洁能源上网电量、碳排放量、清洁能源碳减排量、税收营收利润排放强度等指标，并计算这些指标的同环比、同环比增长率方差、行业分位数、行业潜值、对标值等。
公式如下：
同比：（本月-去年同期）/去年同期；
环比：（本月-上月）/上月；
月度同比增长率方差：月度同比增长率与平均增长率之差的平方的和的平均数；
月度环比增长率方差：月度环比增长率与平均增长率之差的平方的和的平均数；
行业分位数：该指标处于本行业内分布的分位数；
对标值：行业内该指标表现优秀的上1/5位企业该指标均值；
行业潜值：该指标的值与行业内该指标的对标值之差。

This dataset collects carbon-related information of enterprises, including energy consumption (electricity usage), power generation, clean energy grid-connected power volume, production and operation status, carbon emission calculation, carbon emission reduction accounting, etc. It integrates professional knowledge from the carbon and financial sectors to conduct comprehensive scoring on Zhejiang's enterprises across dimensions of green low-carbon development and energy conservation and emission reduction, so as to support enterprises' energy conservation, emission reduction and green low-carbon development.

1. Data Cleaning: Clean the dataset by removing abnormal data and handling missing values.
2. Data Transformation: Conduct combined calculations for multiple electricity account numbers under the same enterprise; the data statistics cycle shall cover at least 24 months, and the calculation frequency of data indicators is once per month.
3. Data Processing: Calculate indicators including enterprises' electricity consumption, power generation, clean energy grid-connected power volume, carbon emissions, clean energy carbon emission reduction, tax revenue, profit and emission intensity, as well as the year-on-year (YoY) and month-on-month (MoM) growth rates, variances of YoY and MoM growth rates, industry quantiles, benchmark values and industry potential values of these indicators.

The formulas are as follows:
- Year-on-year (YoY) growth rate: (current month value - value of the same period last year) / value of the same period last year;
- Month-on-month (MoM) growth rate: (current month value - previous month value) / previous month value;
- Variance of monthly YoY growth rates: the average of the squared differences between each monthly YoY growth rate and the average growth rate;
- Variance of monthly MoM growth rates: the average of the squared differences between each monthly MoM growth rate and the average growth rate;
- Industry quantile: the quantile of the indicator's value within the distribution of the same industry;
- Benchmark value: the average value of the indicator among the top 20% of enterprises with excellent performance of this indicator in the industry;
- Industry potential value: the difference between the indicator's value and the industry benchmark value of this indicator.
