Draft genome assembly and run QC for the zebra mussel (Dreissena polymorpha) from Oxford Nanopore PromethION sequencing
收藏资源简介:
Canu draft genome assembly and sequencing run quality-control outputs for the invasive zebra mussel Dreissena polymorpha, generated by the Mason Lab (Weill Cornell Medicine) from a specimen collected in Wisconsin, USA. A single Oxford Nanopore PromethION run (flow cell PAD20700, 2019-01-31/02-01) produced 13,223,086 reads and 54.4 Gb of sequence (42.6 Gb passing filter; mean read length 4.1 kb, longest read 179 kb), approximately 32-fold coverage of the ~1.7 Gb genome. Contents: the final polished assembly (Dpolymorpha_Assembly.V2.Final_wMito.fasta, including the mitochondrial sequence), Canu contig and unitig FASTA and GFA assembly graphs, unassembled reads, assembly layout/tigInfo reports and logs, and the run sequencing summary plus its QC report. The underlying raw nanopore signal data (multi-read FAST5) is deposited separately in the European Nucleotide Archive under study PRJEB123563, sample ERS31043133, run ERR17692321.
