Gruppenprozessanalyse – ein heuristisches Modell für Integrative Arbeit in und mit Gruppen

Es wird ein heuristisches Modell der „Gruppenprozeßanalyse“, wie es von den Autoren im Rahmen der „Integrativen Therapie“ entwickelt wurde, vorgelegt. Unter 14 Perspektiven wird „therapeutische Gruppendynamik“ — sie unterscheidet sich von der in pädagogischen Kontexten — betrachtet. Ziel eines solchen „processings“ ist es, den Teilnehmern einer therapeutischen Gruppe ihre Entwicklungsprozesse oder die Behinderung von Entwicklungen einsichtig zu machen. A heuristic model of „group process analysis“ as it has been developed by the authors in the context of „Integrative Therapy“ is presented. „Therapeutic group dynamics“ – it is different from group dynamics in educational contexts – is reflected under 14 perspectives.
