资源简介:
The coastal mudflat ecosystem of Jiangsu is complex and diverse, and has bred rich microbial resources. Among them, Vibrio spp., as a type of Gram-negative bacteria widely distributed in marine and coastal environments, plays an important role in ecological circulation, material metabolism, and pathogen transmission. Vibrio parahaemolyticus is a common pathogen of Vibrio genus with important public health significance. It can not only cause foodborne gastrointestinal diseases in humans, such as acute gastroenteritis, but also has pathogenicity to a variety of marine organisms, especially shellfish and crustaceans, which seriously threatens the sustainable development of aquaculture. In recent years, with the continuous expansion of aquaculture in coastal areas of Jiangsu and the increasing impact of human activities on the offshore environment, the pollution problem of Vibrio parahaemolyticus has become increasingly prominent. Therefore, in-depth research on the pathogenic mechanism, transmission pathway, and survival and proliferation of the pathogen under different environmental conditions is of great significance for the effective prevention and control of the diseases caused by it. At the same time, exploring green, efficient and sustainable governance strategies, such as the use of new control methods such as probiotic antagonism, phage therapy, and antibacterial inhibition by natural plant extracts, has become a hot topic in current research.
