Cryptococcus neoformans var. grubii Raw sequence reads

A mapping population used to QTL map Cryptococcus neoformans resistance to acanthamoeba castellanii. This project aimed to test central tenets of the accidental pathogen hypothesis by comparing alleles required for amoeba resistance and virulence in cell culture and animal models.
