T cells from several separate single-cell RNAseq datasets from human RA synovial tissue were combined into one dataset. The dataset includes both previously published and new data. Cryopreserved human synovial tissue samples from patients with rheumatoid arthritis or osteoarthritis were disaggregated and processed for single-cell RNAseq. ***Please note that FASTQ files (for the new RA samples) will be uploaded to dbGaP since these are human patient samples**** ***Please note that raw data for the published synovial tissue samples from RA patients [amp] is available on dbGaP under accession number phs001457.v1.p1.
