Charting infant sleep cycle development using actigraphy: Longitudinal evidence for cycle lengthening within the first year of life from 35,000 hours of sleep

This dataset contains estimated LIDS parameters from actigraphy recordings of 152 infants acquired at 3, 6 and 12 months of age. This dataset is the input data to the statistical models used in the manuscript entitled "Charting infant sleep cycle development using actigraphy: Longitudinal evidence for cycle lengthening within the first year of life from 35,000 hours of sleep". In addition, estimated LIDS parameters from the parents as well as a Jupyter Notebook containing the code to reproduce the statistical analysis are provided.
