Gene expression and exon splicing of two Ewing sarcoma cell lines (TC-32, RDES), transiently transfected with shControl or two different shRNA against SOX6

In this dataset, we include the gene expression and exon splicing variants of two Ewing sarcoma cell lines (RDES and TC-32) after knockdown of the transcription factor SOX6 in order to obtain differentially expressed genes and different exon splicing variants. 12 samples were normalised (log2) with Affymetrix Expression Console Software (v1.4) using SST-RMA algorithm. They were annotated on gene and exon level with the library for Clariom D Array (human).
