Effects of nucleus pulposus cell membrane coated nanothylakoid units on the transcription level of rat nucleus pulposus cells

This study proposes to adopt a nanosized plant-derived key photosynthetic system, the nanothylakoid units, and adopt a specific mature cell membrane (nucleus pulposus cell membrane) material for camouflage encapsulation to realize cross-species application and comprehensively enhance cell anabolism. Its effect on the rat degenerative nucleus pulposus cells was analyzed with transcriptomics.
