资源简介:
These datasets accompany the research article "Interface-regulated Vapor Crystallization for Ultrapure Perovskite LEDs" and provide the data supporting the figures in the publication. Figure 1: Data supporting that underlying materials regulate spectral linewidths in vapor-treated perovskite thin films. Figure 2: Data supporting that underlying materials regulate structural and compositional homogeneity in vapor-treated perovskite. Figure 3: Data supporting the mechanism of underlying materials-regulated vapor crystallization. Figure 4: Data supporting that LED devices with ultranarrow linewidth electroluminescence enabled by surface-regulated vapor crystallization. Extended Data Figure 1: Data supporting that underlying materials regulate spectral linewidths in vapor-treated 40%Cl and 48%Cl perovskite thin films. Extended Data Figure 2: Data supporting transient absorption spectroscopy. Extended Data Figure 3: Data supporting absorptance and photoluminescence (PL) spectra of 35%Cl, 40%, and 48%Cl perovskite thin films. Extended Data Figure 4: Data supporting the scanning Electron Diffraction (SED) of vapor-treated perovskite on SiNx/PVK and SiNx/PVP. Extended Data Figure 5: Data supporting the HAADF-STEM-EDX micrographs of 35%Cl PeLEDs.
