16S rRNA gene amplicon sequencing of ob/ob and wild type mouse gut microbiota. Raw sequence reads

We studied the fecal microbiota of ob/ob and wild type mice (from C57BL/6 genetic background) longitudinally over a period of 9 weeks. We also studied their cecal microbiota. Some of the ob/ob mice were pair-fed based on the food consumption of the wild type mice, to study the effect of calorie restriction on the gut microbiota.
