Selected Herpesvirus-infected cetaceans stranded along the Italian coastline between 2016 and 2023, arranged in chronological order, with the corresponding CReDiMa laboratory reference.

For each individual are detailed informations on individual data (decomposition condition category-DCC, nutritional condition category-NCC, species, age, sex, stranding date, stranding location and sea sector), tissues tested for Herpesvirus molecular analysis, coinfections and the likely cause of death (COD).
