Diffuse fluorescence tomography input data - measurements on tissue-mimicking phantoms

Tissue-mimicking phantom measurements data used for tomographic reconstruction of fluorescent photosensitizing drug (verteporfin). Content: 1) 'Raw measurements' contains raw measurement data from phantom experiments in output format provided by the SpectraCure P18 system. Additionally, it contains MATLAB scripts and calibration information for processing of the raw data.2) 'Input for the reconstruction' contains preprocessed data ready to use by the tomographic reconstruction algorithm.
