<p>This layer represents digitized (scanned) lotting plans of Vermont municipalities, per the <a href='https://sos.vermont.gov/vsara/' target='_blank' rel='nofollow ugc noopener noreferrer'>Vermont State Archives and Records Administration (VSARA)</a>.
