Analysis of Calcium Spike Trains in HEK293 Cells

This repository contains processed calcium spike train data derived from the analysis of time-lapse fluorescence imaging of HEK293 cells stimulated with carbachol. Each experiment (named as YYYYMMDDexp#, e.g., 20240309E1) is a .csv file containing spike train features extracted from stationary sections of the recording. These files serve as input for the analysis script available at https://github.com/azzonic/calcium_spiketrains_analysis For cells displaying multiple stationary spiking sections (i.e., changes in spiking frequency during the recording), more than one file is provided with suffixes like _# (e.g., 20240309E1_3). These represent different stationary sections, analysed separately, of the same spike train from the main file. The original fluorescence traces from where stationary sections have been selected are available at 10.5281/zenodo.15705673
