Understanding the cluster selection function is a key feature to use galaxycluster samples as cosmological probes. Thanks to the multiwavelength coverageof larger areas of the sky we are now in a position to compare galaxy clustersamples selected by independent methods to understand better their underlyingcluster population. Thanks to the eROSITA coverage of a HSC shear-selectedcluster sample we characterised their X-ray properties finding that theweak-lensing peak sample shares all properties of an X-ray selected sample.However there are three X-ray faint shear-selected clusters that lie outsideour expectations and for which we propose deeper observations to understandtheir nature and help us to understand better the X-ray and weak-lensing selection functions of galaxy clusters.
