全国灵活就业用工规模监测数据集

利用中国联通手机信令大数据，基于机器学习算法，结合APP特征、行为特征以及通话特征，识别出灵活就业人群（新就业形态），通过其全量人口外推专利算法，推算出全量灵活就业人群规模，涉及的灵活就业主要是从事新就业形态的人群，如外卖送餐员、网约出租车驾驶员、网约货车驾驶员、快递员、到家服务人员。数据覆盖全国、各省、市。

Utilizing China Unicom's mobile signaling big data, this dataset identifies flexible employment populations (new employment forms) via machine learning algorithms combined with APP features, behavioral characteristics and call characteristics. Through its patented full-population extrapolation algorithm, it estimates the total scale of the flexible employment population. The covered flexible employment mainly refers to people engaged in new employment forms, such as food delivery riders, online taxi drivers, online freight drivers, couriers and home service workers. The data covers the entire country, as well as all provinces and cities.
