This repository contains all code, data, results, and supplementary materials associated with the master's thesis: " A CRISP-DM Approach for Proactive HR Analytics in Norwegian Workplaces " The work develops an LSTM model to predict employees at risk of burnout 4–6 weeks in advance, trained on a synthetic Norwegian HR dataset calibrated against SSB and STAMI statistics.
