Genotype-By-Sequencing (GBS) is a reduced represention apporach to generate genome-wide genotypes on a small proportion of the genome. GBS is frequently used to generate framework markers for genotype imputation. These data are from PstI or BglII digests of rhesus macaque gDNA, followed by GBS. The objective of this study was to evaluate the efficiency of GBS approaches in Rhesus macaques.
