MicroRNA sequencing on the head kidney tissues collected from the immunized group of largemouth bass (Micropterus salmoides) vaccinated with a double vector DNA vaccine against Nocardia seriolae and the PBS control group, we aim to elucidate the molecular mechanisms underlying the immune response.
