Gridded vertical sections of the horizontal velocity field from the CANEK mooring array in the Yucatan Channel, from 2012-07-10 to 2020-09-17

A daily gridded product from the CANEK mooring array (Ochoa et al., 2001; Candela et al., 2019) data is provided. The CANEK database consists of a set of velocity observations, from 2012-07-10 to 2020-09-17) from a quasi-permanent mooring array with roughly constant spatial distribution, equipped to capture the velocity structure through the entire water column from a cross-section of the Yucatan Channel.
