Genotype data of killer whales sampled at Marion Island

This file contains genotype data for 20 killer whales biopsy sampled at Marion Island, 2011-2013. Individuals were genotyped at 12 microsatellite loci. Individuals, identified by the column "Individual ID", are represented in rows, with loci represented in the columns 4-27. The sex (column "Sex") and age class (column "Class") of each individual is given as male ("M"), female ("F") or unknown ("U") and adult ("A") or juvenile ("J"), respectively.
