4th Report on the State of the Youth: Youth Radar 2004

In the resolution from 28th September 1988 the National Assembly demanded the continuation of research on the state of the youth. Moreover, the latest report should be presented to the National Assembly each legislative period. Corresponding to this resolution the 4th report on the state of the youth was created. The aim of the “4th report on the state of the youth / part A: youth radar” is to gain a comprehensive overview over the needs, interest and circumstances of the 14 to 30-year-old Austrians. This overview is then used to form the basis for the development of a continuing research instrument. The study is conducted as a panorama survey which means the study is not limited to one thematic priority. It analyses various areas of life which are of significance in the day-to-day life of young Austrians.

1988年9月28日的决议中，国民议会（National Assembly）要求持续开展青年状况相关研究，并规定每份立法任期内的最新报告均需提交至该议会。据此，《第4次青年状况报告》正式编制完成。本报告即《第4次青年状况报告/第一部分：青年雷达（Youth Radar）》，其核心目标是全面掌握14至30岁奥地利青年的需求、兴趣与生活境况。该调研成果将作为后续研发持续性研究工具的核心依据。本次调研采用全景式调查（panorama survey）范式，即研究不受单一主题优先级限制，而是针对奥地利青年日常生活中具有重要意义的多维度生活领域展开系统性分析。
