Spike-in ATAC-seq upon optogenetic depletion of the cofactor Chip or zelda mutant in Drosophila melanogaster embryos at 2-4h after egg-laying

Spike-in ATAC-seq was performed in control and upon either optogenetic nuclear depletion of the cofactor Chip or zelda knock-out in 2-4h Drosophila melanogaster embryos. Experiment was performed in duplicates and nuclei from Drosophila virilis were used as a spike-in.
