Verdict: PASS. Corrected reset-free retest of ARK-445's tri-state authorization discrimination on IBM Quantum ibm_marrakesh (Heron r2), Q_A=2 / Q_P=1, 8,192 shots/arm, executed 2026-07-17. Design: retest the identical 8-arm core WITHOUT the reset-based arm9, to isolate whether ARK-445's leak came from mid-circuit reset infidelity or the tri-state boundary itself. Result: PASS with wide margins — S_A_min = 0.9695 (≥ 0.90), L_D_max = 0.0009 (≤ 0.02), HOLD symmetric (H⁺=0.4968, H⁻=0.4924), Δ_H = 0.4727 (≥ 0.30). Diagnostic conclusion: ARK-445's leak was caused by mid-circuit reset infidelity on this device, not by the tri-state boundary mechanism. Scoped to this hardware; not a general security claim.
