Electrophysiology simulations in patient-specific four-chamber heart models of hypertrophic cardiomyopathy patients (see relatedpublication and datasets). One activation-time map per sample (<id>.dat). Each point corresponds to the latest activation time of each vertex, using the reaction-eikonal model (ekbatch in CARP). Input parameters and values are also included in the compressed files.
